Registers
Union Public Registers
The registers let you verify that an organization is a Union member and that a professional has had their qualification confirmed.
Two Registers
Organizations and Specialists
The registers are maintained separately because organizations and specialists have different grounds for entry and different published details.
Name, INN, joining date and membership status.
Surname, given name, patronymic, certificate number, qualification and validity period.
How to Verify
Three Steps
Choose a Register
Check organizations in the Register of Members and professionals in the Register of Specialists.
Enter Known Details
Enter the exact INN or organization name; for a specialist, enter a surname or certificate number.
Review the Result
Only verified information is published. If there is no record, no verified information is available; that is also a verification result.
Register Rules
Adding and Updating Records
The procedure for maintaining registers is determined by the internal documents of the Union.
The entry is made after the decision of the authorized body of the Union and payment of the established fees.
A member of the Union is obliged to immediately report changes in name, details and contacts. The reliability of the register information is the responsibility of a member of the Union.
A record is suspended for unpaid fees or identified non-compliance until the underlying issue is resolved.
A record is removed following an application to leave the Union or an expulsion decision by the authorized body.
Information about specialists is published to the extent that their consent has been obtained. Without consent, the entry in the open part will not be displayed.
Consultation
Still have a question?
Describe the situation and the Union will identify the relevant area and give you a practical answer: which document to consult, which working body to contact and what you need to attach.
