Professional Path
Choose a level and review the candidate requirements. Education and work experience are checked before admission to the exam.
You can prepare independently using a practice exam, or take a course. The curriculum must meet the professional standard.
The professional exam is taken at an authorized qualification assessment center at a location chosen in your region.
A valid certificate is listed in the public register, where any client or employer can verify it.
Exam
Independent qualification assessment has two stages. Their duration depends on the qualification level.
90 minutes: 60 minutes for theory and 30 minutes for six practical tasks.
120 minutes: theory - 40 tasks in 60 minutes, practice - two tasks, 30 minutes each.

Requirements
Requirements for education and work experience are established by professional standards and are verified before admission to the exam.
Secondary vocational education through a mid-level specialist training programme; no practical work experience is required. Alternatively, a certificate of completed upper secondary education (11 years of school) and an agent certificate issued under the voluntary certification system for services in the Russian real estate market, registered by Gosstandart of Russia under РОСС RU И046.04РН00. No special conditions apply to admission to work.
Higher education or secondary vocational education through a mid-level specialist training programme. At least two years’ experience in the transfer of rights in real estate for candidates with secondary vocational education; at least one year for candidates with higher education; or an agent certificate under the voluntary certification system for services in the Russian real estate market. Also accepted are a certificate of completed upper secondary education and a document confirming at least five years’ work experience, or the agent certificate specified above.
A higher-education degree outside the relevant field, plus supplementary education in the transfer of rights in real estate. At least three years’ practical experience in the transfer of rights in real estate, including at least one year in a managerial role.
