Organizations that are employers, sole proprietors that employ staff, employer associations and relevant nonprofit organizations. Individuals cannot become members of the Union.

The joining fee is RUB 3,000 and the annual membership fee is RUB 10,000. Separate amounts apply to regional and other employer associations (Fee Payment Procedure, Congress Minutes No. 4 of 21 August 2025, amended by Minutes No. 5 of 17 October 2025). The Congress sets the amount and due date of any earmarked fee for its specific purpose. Fees already paid are not refundable if a member withdraws or is removed.

The organization’s name, taxpayer identification number (INN), region, and the responsible person’s full name and contact details. Passport, banking and other sensitive information is not requested through the public form.

Look up the organization in the public register. Every current member has a dedicated, verifiable page with a permanent link, its status and the date it was last updated.

Yes. After you apply, the coordinator will ask about your expertise, areas of interest and preferred form of participation. A specialist may serve on no more than two advisory bodies.

Send the information through the contact form. An editor will check the content, dates and organizer, after which the event may be published in the calendar.

Assessments are conducted at authorized qualification assessment centers. To confirm the location and registration procedure, contact the Union or the operator of the independent qualification assessment system.

An authorized representative of the organization submits an update request through the Union’s contact channels. Changes are published after verification by the Register administrator.
