Personal Data

How the Union processes personal data

The site collects personal data only where the visitor himself submits it: in the contact form and in the membership application.

  • Purpose of Processing

To respond to enquiries, review membership applications and maintain the Union’s registers. The data is not used for any other purpose.

  • Legal Basis

The legal basis is the consent given when the visitor submits the form. The form cannot be sent without consent, and the server checks this condition again.

  • Retention

Data is retained in the Union’s enquiry log for as long as needed to review the matter and document the correspondence.

  • Withdrawal of Consent

Consent can be withdrawn by emailing the Union. The data will be deleted unless its retention is required by law.

Consultation

Still have a question?

Describe the situation and the Union will identify the relevant area and give you a practical answer: which document to consult, which working body to contact and what you need to attach.

The subject is based on the section where you opened this form. You can change it.

The usual response time is up to ten working days from the date your inquiry is registered.
