International Programme

Russian Brokers in International Markets

The Union represents Russia’s brokerage community abroad. It arranges the safe selection of properties from vetted developers, supports transactions and provides after-sales assistance.

You can contact us through a broker who is a Union member, or directly.

Industry Representation

The Union represents Russia’s brokerage community in its dealings with international market participants.

Safe Property Selection

Properties are selected only from developers vetted under the relevant country programme.

Transaction and After-Sales Support

The transaction is supported locally, and the client remains in contact with the Russian team after completion.

Process

How It Works

The full client journey is set out below, from the first enquiry to local transaction support.

  1. Enquiry

The client comes through a broker who is a Union member, or contacts the Union directly.

  2. Needs Assessment

We clarify the purpose of the purchase, budget and timing to determine whether a programme is suitable and, if so, which one.

  3. Property Selection

The property is selected from a developer vetted under the relevant country programme.

  4. Booking

The selected property is reserved and its price fixed for the period specified by the programme.

  5. Arranging Finance

Where necessary, the Russian team helps arrange the sale of a property in Russia.

  6. Transaction Support

The transaction is completed locally, with programme partners assisting with documents, settlement and transfer of the property.

Geography

Countries

A country is listed here only after its programme launches. Northern Cyprus is the first.

Northern Cyprus
First Programme
Property selection from participating developers, reservation with a fixed price, financing arrangements and local transaction support.

Available properties and participation details will be published as the programme develops.

Other countries

New countries are added as programmes launch. A country is not listed before launch, so the website never presents offers that cannot be fulfilled.

A link to the programme’s digital showcase will appear after launch.

Partners

International Programme Partners

Each partner’s role is stated clearly so visitors can see whether it is a programme partner, Union member or contractor.

Programme Partner

ChangeHome

A platform for international transactions and a partner of the Union’s international programme.

Professional Network

Samolet Plus

Part of the Union’s professional network and involved in work with international markets.

Logos and trade names are published only with the organization’s written consent. Until consent is received, the organization is mentioned in text only.

Local partners in each country will be listed separately, together with their city and role.

Language versions

The international section of the site is available in five languages. Russian procedures—membership, registers and qualification assessment—remain in Russian.

Discuss Participation in the Programme

Tell us whether you represent an agency, an individual broker or a private client, and we will explain which process is suitable.
