Membership for Real Estate Employers

Organizations and sole proprietors can join the Union. Individuals cannot become members; the “Qualifications” section is intended for professionals.

Who can join

Three categories of members

Every category must have employer status and operate in the real estate market or a related industry.

Employer Organizations

Legal entities that are employers and operate in the real estate market or related industries.

Individual entrepreneurs

Individual entrepreneurs who are employers and operate in the real estate market.

Associations and non-profit organizations

Associations of employers and non-profit organizations representing the interests of employers in the relevant field.

Membership Fees

Three Types of Membership Fee

3 000 ₽

Joining Fee

For organizations and sole proprietors. Payable before the admission documents are reviewed.

10 000 ₽

Annual Fee

For organizations and sole proprietors, payable by 15 April of the current year.

By Congress Decision

Earmarked Fee

The amount, purpose and due date are set for each specific objective.

Admission Process

From Application to the Register

  1. 01

    Written Application

    The application is submitted to the President of the Union.

  2. 02

    Review by the Commission

    The Membership Committee reviews the application and information provided.

  3. 03

    President’s Decision

    The President decides whether to admit the applicant to the Union.

  4. 04

    Payment of fees

    After approval, the applicant receives the payment details and pays the required fees.

  5. 05

    Register and Certificate

    The information is entered into the Register of Members, and the organization is issued a certificate of membership.

Membership Rules

Rights and obligations of a member of the Union

The key provisions are summarized below. The full rights and obligations are defined by the Charter and the Union’s internal documents.

  • Participate in the management of the Union in the manner established by the Charter.
  • Receive information about the activities of the Union and get acquainted with its documentation.
  • Make proposals on issues of the Union’s activities and participate in their discussion.
  • Participate in the work of committees, commissions and working groups.
  • Use the Union’s support and opportunities under the terms of the relevant programmes.
  • Leave the Union in accordance with the Charter.
