The Union Participated in the Meeting of the RF CCI Committee on Shared Construction Issues

On May 21, 2026, a meeting of the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Real Estate Economy was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia. The meeting's topic, "Current Issues in Protecting the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction," sparked extensive discussion among experts, deputies, and representatives of the professional community.

Representatives of the Union, Alexander Popov and Yulia Pletneva, participated in the meeting. The situation surrounding the VALO aparthotel network, which raised the issue of protecting the rights of bona fide investors, was discussed. Alexander Popov noted the complexity of the situation, emphasizing that Federal Laws 214-FZ and 218-FZ were supposed to protect citizens' rights. Yulia Pletneva highlighted the social significance of the issue and supported the position on the problems with protecting bona fide acquired private property.

The Union plans to address a number of issues within a working group, including the introduction of title insurance and determining the responsibility of Rosreestr and the state for risks. Following the meeting, the creation of a working group was announced, which will include the Union to prepare proposals for protecting citizens' rights.
