Legal Risks in Real Estate Activities Discussed at the Lawyers' Forum

At the second meeting of the Real Estate Lawyers' Forum held yesterday, legal risks and current issues faced by realtors, brokers, and other real estate market participants were discussed. The event was attended by industry specialists, representatives of banks, developers, and insurance companies.

During the discussion, recommendations were made to enhance the security of real estate activities, and issues of taxation, interaction with government bodies, and judicial practice were discussed. As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached to develop methodological recommendations for forum participants and interested companies aimed at updating the specifics of real estate activities and enhancing transaction security.
