Discussion of the Concept of the Real Estate Activity Law at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The concept of the real estate activity law was discussed at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, during which a working group was formed for its implementation. The concept includes the establishment of an authorized regulatory body and a professional association, the introduction of unified requirements for specialists and their certification, as well as a federal register of professional market participants.

The creation of a unified register of real estate agents is considered a key element of the system, which will allow citizens to verify the qualifications of specialists and their right to work in the market. The possibility of implementing a digital profile or QR code to verify the status of a specialist is also being discussed.

Special attention is given to the issue of certified real estate agents' access to information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN), which requires the establishment of strict qualification and responsibility requirements for specialists. Participants in the discussion emphasized the need to create an effective mechanism of accountability for unscrupulous actions in the real estate market.
