The Union Launches Independent Qualification Assessment for Realtors
The Real Estate Market Union has initiated an independent qualification assessment for realtors. The exam includes theoretical and practical parts, and successful candidates receive a certificate valid for three years.
The Russian Union of Real Estate Market Participants has launched an independent qualification assessment for realtors. The assessment is conducted according to the rules of the national qualification system and complies with the procedures approved by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and the National Agency for the Development of Qualifications (NARK).
The exam includes theoretical and practical parts: candidates answer questions on legislation and solve tasks from real transaction practices. Prior to taking the exam, candidates must register online.
After successfully passing the exam, specialists receive a certificate valid for three years, serving as official confirmation of their competence. Information about the qualification is entered into the federal register of NARK, where it can be verified via a QR code on the certificate. This allows real estate sellers and buyers to ensure the professionalism of realtors.
In the initial phase, the professional exam can be taken at 25 centers. During 2026, the number of locations will be expanded to one hundred across Russia.
